Healing Presence provides counselling and psychotherapy services and does not provide medical or emergency services.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom using secure video links.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice incur the full session fee.

​

Email and website forms are not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent matters.

 

Where concerns exceed scope of practice, referral options will be discussed.
